Forbes India and Great People Managers institute list Biesse India and Mr. Ganesan respectively in Top 50 companies and top 100 managers in India

We are pleased to inform you that, as result of a survey conducted by Great Manager Institute and Forbes India, Biesse Manufacturing Co. has been listed in Top 50 companies in India and our colleague Mr. Ganesan S, head of Biesse India Quality department is listed among the top 100 Great People Managers.

The research has been mostly focused on the entrepreneurial skills that make a good manager a great one: the ability to communicate effectively and the commitment to the growth of his/her staff are among the biggest differentiators. A great Manager should in fact “Connect, develop and inspire” all the people involved in his/her work environment. (Forbes, 2019). A rigorous process has been applied to “identify individuals with effective managerial skills […] 5.233 managers were assessed from 408 organization. […] In all, 35.000 plus employees were surveyed” using both qualitative and quantitative criterion (Forbes India, 2019). These results have been published in the May 2019 issue of Forbes in India magazine.
