This exclusive opportunity allows talented young professionals (preferably with some experience in working abroad) to grow and develop their skills within one of Biesse’s many overseas locations. Where tenacity, proactivity and flexibility, married with a strong sense of motivation, are essential requirements.
Before being sent out into the world, these young engineers spend a period of six months at the company’s Italian headquarters. Inside the Pesaro campus, they acquire essential knowledge of business and company processes, undergoing technical training to enable them to develop the skills they will need to succeed once they become part of each foreign organisation. The 24 months of work experience will take place at one of the Group’s international headquarters in Asia, North America or Australia, and will lead on to a host of interesting career opportunities at national and international level, particularly in the technical and commercial sector and in the postsales and process engineering industries.
Each young professional will be accompanied and supervised throughout this period of professional growth by an experienced company representative, who will monitor their progress regularly, looking at work done and results achieved and providing constant and timely feedback.
