Biesse is participating in SITUM, the Scuola di Innovazione Territoriale Umbria Marche [Umbria Marche Regional School of Innovation] project promoted by the Marche Polytechnic University and by the University of Perugia, established with the objective of jump starting the employment world by creating synergy between the academic and corporate spheres.

Biesse, together with Loccioni and other companies in the region, offers itself as a SITUM laboratory, an experimental field for local and international development aimed at supporting the region and the next generation by stimulating collaboration between various skills within the context of innovation and internationalisation.
SITUM is a broad project, in which skills in various disciplines are developed in order to offer students new opportunities in the region. SITUM creates a bridge between the demand for skills and people from the business world and financial-social operators and university training programs.
In SITUM, professors and executives share their knowledge and experience with students, companies participate in the creation of training projects, indicating the skills necessary for maintaining competitiveness, and young men and women can become familiar with various choices or complete their eduction with the knowledge of what awaits them.
