The Biesse Human Resources Department has started working on the One Company HR project, a new management system supporting the main HR processes whose aim is to standardise activities and procedures among the various companies and branches and achieve one global system.

The project which began a few months ago has accomplished its first Go Live with a Recruiting process module by bringing digitalisation and efficiency  to the Biesse resource management processes worldwide. It is a cutting edge system which brings innovation both inside and outside the Group and improves an applicant's experience at all levels.
 
A new Careers section is already available on the Biesse website and can be used to find, consult and apply for all the job vacancies in the Biesse companies worldwide. Applicants can create a personal profile, update it and monitor applications. Creating your own profile is vital to applying for jobs in the Group and your CV must be kept up-to-date at all times.
