A widespread local presence, synergy with subsidiaries around the world and the measures taken to ensure safety allow the Biesse to guarantee all commercial and service activities for customers. Manufacturing departments, the delivery of spare parts and technical assistance are all active and continue to operate in full compliance with applicable safety laws.
Furthermore, the Group is providing the video assistance feature free of charge for all customers in Italy. This option is typically the exclusive prerogative of SOPHIA IOT, a platform created in collaboration with Accenture to provide customers with a vast range of services that simplify and optimise their work. The initiative is valid for 30 days starting today.
