Fondazione Aristide Merloni

At the headquarters of Confindustria Marche in Ancona, the XXXIII edition of the ranking of the main companies of the Marche region, was presented by the Aristide Merloni Foundation.

Biesse confirms itself in first place in the ranking of the main companies in the mechanical sector, in second place in the ranking of Marche's Companies listed on the Borsa Italiana (Italian Stock Exchange) and in third place in the ranking of the main Marche companies for sales in 2018.

The Classification is based on the financial statements closed on 31.12.2018, and the XXXIII edition has seen the Classification widening to companies operating in all sectors of the economy, from agriculture to the various sectors of the tertiary sector: the top 500 companies are considered for value of sales, regardless of the registered office as long as they have the main operational headquarters in the Marche region.
