Biesse is in favor of the initiative proposed by Confindustria Marche at the Regional Council, which invites entrepreneurs in the Marches to participate in vaccine administration at work as part of the vaccination protocol proposed by the Region.

“We are willing and ready to cooperate with Regione Marche and prepare a schedule for the vaccination of employees and collaborators at our facilities, taking into account the various risk groups and complying with the priorities established by the national vaccination programme. We are ready to evaluate cooperation with other local businesses, making our facilities available so that other companies can join this initiative for the good of our Region and our Country. We have always demonstrated willingness to work in synergy with others to safeguard people in our territory, and we believe that the only way to overcome the health emergency, return to ordinary life and restore our socio-economic system is to accelerate the vaccination schedule” stated Roberto Selci, Biesse CEO.

Already last year, Biesse implemented a series of measures to guarantee the safety of its employees and customers, and of all who interact with the company, while at the same time ensuring that all branch offices worldwide would continue to operate normally. Among the various activities that benefit internal and external stakeholders, the Group adopted a safety protocol right from the start of the pandemic that calls for constant sanitisation and the screening of all collaborators on a monthly basis, and in some cases even more frequently. It also implemented a vast smart working programme, limited the number of people who can safely visit the Group's showrooms and activated digital tools, such as remote machine demonstrations and hybrid events, introducing new approaches to keep providing support for customers.
