In line with the Group’s strong focus on internationalization, over the next few years, recruitment activities will be increasingly more focused on providing young engineers with all the tools they need to set off for an international career in sales or services in our foreign branches. Biesse offers talented young professionals, who wish to pursue an international career, the opportunity to increase their skills within one of Biesse’s many oversealocations. How does this ambitious international project work? The talented young hopefuls who get through the selection process are given the chance to spend 12 months working at the Group’s headquarters in Italy during which they acquire valuable in-depth knowledge about the business and its business processes. During said period, they also undertake extensive technical training. Subsequently, the trainees can gain work experience in one of Biesse’s international locations in Asia, North America or Australia.

The professional growth of Biesse’s employees has always been crucial to the success of the company - indeed, the development of the skills and professionalism of  its people is inextricably linked to the evolution of the company as a whole. For this reason, training extends well beyond the delicate process of inserting newly-employed staff into the workplace. It is a process which evolves and matures alongside these individuals, following their development. As part of this, Biesse carefully analyses the company’s internal requirements on a regular basis, allowing the Group to structure training plans which are specifically designed for the needs identified in all business areas, and to regularly monitor progress, as well as providing continuous feedback.
