Meeting with new important investors

Today Biesse S.p.A. has met several important investors in Paris together with Banca IMI, the group’s market specialist. In the course of the day, in addition to describing the industrial activities and projects currently underway, the Biesse top manager also updated its forecasts for the 2013 financial year. With revenues virtually unchanged, the Pesaro-based Group experienced a strong recovery in profitability in 2013 and a sharp fall in net debt (below Euro 27 million). The final consolidated results will be officially approved at the meeting -scheduled for 12 March 2014- of the Biesse Board of Directors that will even evaluate the possibility to pay dividends. The 2014-2016 Three-year Business Plan is on the agenda at the board meeting called for the 3 March 2014.
